Families can now conveniently pay their Circle of Care fees by accessing this page. Choose your rate based on your income and enter your amount in the payment section to securely pay your fees on-line. Peer support groups are fee-based. The cost to attend groups is outlined in the chart below based on family income.
We serve all of our families regardless of ability to pay. We understand that many families are under financial stress and we will provide the best support that we can, regardless of your financial situation. You can also pay your fees weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
